We offer a wide variety of Bible Classes at Pembroke Baptist Church from 2 to 3 year olds all the way to Senior Citizens. There's surely a class that will fit you perfectly, so come join us at 9:45 AM each Sunday Morning and hear God's Word.

Children's Church Ministry

Each Sunday morning, we offer to the children from ages 3 through the second grade an opportunity to attend Children's Church. We all meet in the Sanctuary and during the service, we invite the children to come down front and be dismissed to hear a story involving God and his wonderful Word. After storytime, the children have snacks and either participate in crafts, games, or Bible Study. Those involved in leading this ministry, please check the schedule for your times to minister to our young people.

Also, on the second Sunday each month, we offer to the children from the 3rd grade to the 7th grade to join in Tween Survivors. They meet during the Morning Worship service in the Activities Building. It is somewhat like Children's Church but is more driven into studying the Bible.

Team Kids Bible Study

We implemented our Team Kids program to promote our young children to be more active role models in the Church. The children enjoy interactive Bible stories, songs, team games and learn the ABC's of becoming a Christian. This is for children from 3 years old to 5th grade and we meet on Sunday nights at 6 PM.

Youth Programs

We also have a Youth Program for people from the 6th grade to 12th grade. They meet on Sunday nights at 6 PM and also on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM. So, if you are a Youth in this age range, come out and join us. You'll be blessed that you joined us!

Wednesday Night Activities

We start Wednesday nights off at 5:00 PM with a Fellowship Supper (during months children are in school). We have some of the best cooks in the area that participate in this great ministry. From the main dish, to the desserts, I'm sure you'll find some good food as well as good fellowship.

Bible Studies for Wednesday Nights 6:30 PM
After the supper, we offer different Bible studies for the various age groups. The adults meet in the Sanctuary with Bro. Kent Workman leading the group.

We offer to the young girls, G.A.'s (Girls in Action). It is a missions organization which captures hearts on the grow and involves them in Christ's vision of reaching out to the world. It is for girls in grades 1 through 5 and promotes prayer and giving for missions, and learning about and doing missions. Our main objective is to support God's missionaries through prayer and to learn by their example how to be missionaries in our own community.

For the young boys, we offer R.A.'s (Royal Ambassadors). The purpose of Royal Ambassadors is found in the RA Motto: "We Are Ambassadors for Christ." the motto is taken from 2 Corinthians 5:20, where Paul explains that Christians represent Christ to the world. The first step in accomplishing this purpose is to lead children to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Leaders can then equip boys to live an on-mission lifestyle - one in which each boy shares Christ based on how God has uniquely gifted him. Evangelism and outreach are essential in accomplishing this purpose.
